Politics became “Dirty” when mixed with Religion

Some of us have been going still, consciously or unconsciously, about the same old way of “dirty” politics.

1. But is politics really “dirty”?
2. Certainly not.
3. It is not politics which is dirty, but rather the persons who choose to dirty it are dirty.

In Democracy, Minority’s EQUAL Rights must be protected from the tyrannizing majority

Majority Rule

In practice, democracy is governed by its most popularly understood principle: majority rule.

Namely, the side with the most votes wins, whether it is an election, a legislative bill, a contract proposal to a union, or a shareholder motion in a corporation. The majority (or in some cases plurality) vote decides.

Democracy Requires Minority Rights

Yet majority rule can not be the only expression of “supreme power” in a democracy.

If so, the majority would too easily tyrannize the minority.

အခုေၿပာေနတဲ့ ကိစၥက “ ခင္ဗ်ား ဘယ္သူ႔ကို ခ်စ္လဲ ” ဆိုတဲ့ ေမးခြန္းမဟုတ္ဘူး…ခင္ဗ်ားဟာ ရက္စက္ႀကမ္းႀကဳတ္၊ ယုတ္မာသူေတြကို ကာကြယ္ခုခံမလား (ဒါမွမဟုတ္)ဒီမိုကေရစီ နဲ႔ အၿပစ္မဲ့ၿပည္သူလူထုဘက္က ရပ္တည္မလား ဆိုတဲ့ေရြးခ်ယ္မႈ ၿဖစ္တယ္ ဒီ တပြဲမွာ ကိုယ့္ရဲ႕သမိုင္းတန္ဘိုးကို ကိုယ့္ဘာသာ သတ္မွတ္ႀကရပါလိမ့္မယ္။

ခုခံေခ်ပခ်င္သူေတြဘက္မွ ေက်ာင္းသားတေယာက္ကေန ေဖ့ဘြတ္မွာ မွတ္ခ်က္တခုေပးထား တာကို ဖတ္လိုက္ရပါတယ္။……  “  တာဝန္ရိွသူေတြကလည္း ဒီကိစၥ ကို ၿပန္လည္တုန္႔ၿပန္ဖို႔ လုပ္ေနတယ္” ဆိုတဲ့ စကားပါ။ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္။ မင္းသိခၤ ရဲ႕ မမင္းၿဖဴမွန္မွန္ေၿပာ ဝတၳဳထဲက စကားလို၊ “ အိုင္ပီ ေအာင္သင္းေရ- ဒီ ကြင္းဆက္ က စိတ္ဝင္စားစရာ အေကာင္းဆံုးပဲဗ်၊ ဇာတ္လမ္းကေတာ့ အထြဋ္အထိပ္ ကို ေရာက္လာၿပီဗ်ဳိ႔” လို႔ ေၿပာရမလို ၿဖစ္လာပါၿပီ။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ လိုခ်င္တာလည္း “ အဲ့ဒီ တာဝန္ရိွသူေတြဆိုတာ ဘယ္သူလဲ” ဆိုတဲ့ေမးခြန္းပါပဲ။ ေသြးေအးေအးနဲ႔ လူသတ္ခဲ့တဲ့သူေတြကို ဘဝမွာ တခါတေလေလာက္ေတာ့ ၿပန္ၿပီး အမဲလိုက္ႀကည့္ခ်င္စိတ္က ေပၚေနတာ အခုမွ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဇာတ္လမ္းတခုေၿပာၿပမယ္ဗ်ာ။
