Sure? The state-sponsored ethinc cleansing of the Rohingyas was not based on religion or racial discrimination?

Yes as the leader he is afraid to admit the crime and dare not reveal the culprit. So he is making awkward statements like this. But he failed to understand that covering up the crime or protecting the criminals is also committing a crime.
