I wrote the comment after the first commission:

All are from Rakhine, Gov admin and military…nothing will come out and that was not an Independent commission.

My 2 cents’ advice to the new Commission:

1. First to look at the autopsy report, rape or not. DNA? Sperm?Whether moved the dead body from other place to trap Muslims in order to use to start a Riot.
2. Investigate why Hmu Zaw wrote about Rocket Launchers ARMED Bengali Invaders.
3. Who are the instigators or masterminds behind?
4. What action taken on Police officers and Military Commander in Taunggope?
5. Look at the videos in Taunggope.
