I visited Ur clinic today around 3pm. U probably don’t remember me. Not that it matters. I’m really glad that U always explain why I got sick everytime I came to see you. Thank U for that. Anyway, I love the book that U use to explain my pricking pain at my back. Do U mind to share the title of the book? I would love to get 1. It’s very informative.

Hi Dr,
If i’m still suspecting i get pregnant (my menses already stop for about 8 weeks, but i got negative result- which is mean no pregnant by using pregnancy tester, i did the test one on last 2 week and another one on last week).
Just to check with you will you able to check it out whether i’m pregnant if i go to any clinic? what should i do when i go to clinic?

I visited ur clinic at Sunday……. Walao, ur doctor are gv me wrong medicine for me eat for my gastric problem…..! I really need complaint lo….. I call to ur clinic for ask why? There doctor didn’t hv any responsible and scold me….. Sorry also dun hv! I need u any action….. If not I will take my action for do any complaint for news or government!

You can call me anytime and complaint to me or better still come and see me.
I haven’t scold any one but if you have a misunderstanding with any nurse answering your call, please forgive us.
Please may you kindly give your full name (real name because we don’t find in our register with this name.) so that we could look at your card. Please may you kindly confirm that you have been to our branch in Alpha Angle, Wangsa Maju.If you think I have given wrong medicine, stop taking medicine and kindly come back so that we could reexamine you, medicines given to you and our records.
I hope I could try to help you.

sunday i went to klinik ng dan lee at XXX branch when i feel gastric….
when see doctor , i tell him i have vomit and diarrhea.
doctor say me have gastric angin only…. and give me some medicine eat.
he give me 3 pack medicine and tell me must finish it.
1st – Cirit / Sakit – Dhamotil (Diphenoxylaate HCI BP 2.5mg / Atropine Sulphate BP 0.025mg) Green Colour
2nd – Gastric – Ranitidine Tablets (150 mg)
3rd – Sakit Perut – Voren (Diclofenac Sodium 50mg) Orange Colour

the voren medicine is not for sakit perut, how come he give me this medicine?
i have online check this medicine and also have ask more 2 doctor about this medicine is for Joint pain / pain killer.
wiki wedsite and doctor also say if i have gastric cannot hv this medicine.
i feel really confuse and angry, why doctor can give me this medicine for me eat? is that WRONG???
i also hv call there for ask but there doctor scold me and not responsible. so i need to tell u, if ur clinic have doctor not responsible will make ur clinic discredited. i also have put this new at facebook,have my friend say at there doctor really useless, have never have responsible. so u really take action for ur clinic.

Anyway TQ for clarification. Because of the wrong accusation, I even have Migraine and Chest Pain (Angina Pectorist.) Even if I have a heart attack, I would never sue back my patient. It is my fate. Syukur Alhamdullilah, with Allah’s help I am relieved.

doctor,
I now have to recover from illness, yesterday began to work already. i know you are a good doctor, in fact is not your fault so you not need to apologize to me.
In fact, I have call to the clinic for inquiries and complaints, but they are only to shirk its responsibility, said that it was my problem. After hear i feel really dissapointed and my parents feel very angry, and had wanted to complaints to the consumer bureau, but the worry and take care of me is more important so there will give up the idea.
Now I write at here is want to tell you, i hope this clinic to take the doctor’s own responsibility and moral, because we civilians do not know how medical knowledge, so we will trust doctors. seen like my problem, doctors give the wrong drug is likely to do, but shirk the responsibility should not be. We also understand that a doctor is not God, but also make mistakes, but not one I’m sorry to say, how we can forgive?
So you and your boss better know about this matter, beware like my matter does not happen again in your clinic.
