Ko Ko Gyi Dr TW was at the front, I was far away behind and half covered. Col. Tin Oo was asking why one LYC was wearing the track-suit inside-out. One LYC Adm (sports) person replied that this is a usal practice of some sportsmen if there were a lot of sweats. (That LYC just rushed from volley ball match.) Col. Tin Oo seemed to be concerned about discipline in wearing uniform like in his military camps.
Col. Tin Oo got the news of his promotions 3 times when he was together with us in the Ngapali LYC camp…So he told us that he is happy and felt lucky to be with LYCs in LYC camp.
