ငါတို႔မိဘေတြက ဝါးျခမ္းကို ဝါးလံုးဆိုရင္ နင္တို႔သားသမီးေတြက လံုးလိုက္တဲ့ my dear Pa Pa said that he would never argue back his parents even if they told him that the white paper is black

My late father used to tell us that he always obeyed his parents (My grandparents) .

I cannot accept nor understand when my dear Pa Pa said that he would never argue back his parents even if they told him that the white paper is black or vice versa, the black paper is white.

When older…I just think that …may be if apparently white paper could be unclean (may be the parents knew) or the black paper could be a CLEAN paper. Actually my wishful thinking because of my love of my late father…

George Owell wrote>>>> it means the habit of impudently claiming that black is white, in contradiction of the plain facts. Applied to a Party member, it means a loyal willingness to say that black is white when Party discipline demands this. But it means also the ability to believe that black is white, and more, to know that black is white, and to forget that one has ever believed the contrary. This demands a continuous alteration of the past, made possible by the system of thought which really embraces all the rest, and which is known in Newspeak as doublethink. Doublethink is basically the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one’s mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them.

Thant Zin Htwe

Now I remember an interesting argument between my youngest uncle U Aung Khin and my beloved mentor late Ko Tin Maung (Kadir from Meiktila)…Kyar Kyar Ko Aung Khin (Cho Tu Kyar Kyar) was telling that HE IS SO CLEAN that no need to bathe for few days or even weeks. Mamu Ko Tin Mg argue that he batgs everyday …so he is cleaner…I thought at that time that Cho Tu Kyar Kyar was totally wrong. But when I was old enough…I understood that…in Islamic thinking…Cho Tu Kyar Kyar is right. (NOTE: Kyar Kyar is father’s brother. Mamu is mother’s brother)
