Pyu+Kanyan+Thet= (Present) Bama (mixed blooded Kabyars)
These Hindus were well established in present Myanmar even before some Bama races migrated from China into present place.
And it was long before the First Myanmar Empire, Pagan (Bagan) established by King Anawrattha 1055 AD.

“Beloved-of-the-Gods, King Piyadasi desires that all religions should reside everywhere….” Ashokan Rock Edict 7
The attack on Buddha Gaya is an outrage.
When the religious of the different religions refuse to coexist, when they accrue unto themselves the exclusive ownership of spiritual truths or geographic spaces, when rulers see in religions (and in the credulous religious) a means to temporal-power, societal-violence proliferates, wars ensue and tragedy strikes.
Radical Racist Bamas should stop using the wrong historical facts to incite hatred against Myanmar Muslims
May 18, 2012Spain colonized and converted the MALAYS (some Muslim, some Hindu, some Buddhists and some wild nat believers) into Christianity. But most of the Malays in southern Philippines remained Muslims. It is not Myanmar Muslim problem. You need to angry Christian Spains for converting Philippine Buddhists. Don’t write anti-Muslim even without knowing the history. Don’t blame Myanmar Muslims.
TQ my good Bama friends for understanding
April 30, 2012TQ saya Atta Kyaw. May I share this in FB and blog? You have reminded me of my secret thought since young: “Whether Allah would punish me for not been a Muslim if I were not born to the Muslim parents, but born into the Buddhist parents or Christian etc, From that I extended my thoughts that my friends and neighbours should not be punished by God or hate by me just because they are born into the parents with different faith.
There are only good or bad persons, religion is not the criterion, humanity is
November 14, 2011It’s a disabled man’s fight against the disability that exists in the world—terrorism, hatred, fighting …
“My Name is Khan” is also about Islam and the way the world looks at Islam but we are not taking any sides.
-
We are only trying to say that there are only good people and bad people.
-
There are no good Hindus, bad Hindus, good Christians, bad Christians.
-
Either you are a good person or a bad person.
-
Religion is not the criterion, humanity is.”

Muslim China boasts a population of 20 million. From the Hui to the Uyghurs, Islam in China is distinctive and diverse – intertwining authentic Chinese culture, with Islamic practice.
WE CANNOT COMPROMISE ON ISLAM
January 31, 2011NOTE: WE CANNOT COMPROMISE ON ISLAM.
Some Chinese leaders has no problem that his daughter converted to Christian and even if his grandchild were a gay. For the Buddhists and Hindus, I had seen and read in the newspapers, no problem if Chinese Dieties and Hindu R brought in and put together with their gods’ statues or Buddha’s statue.
Buddhist & Hindus who R vegetarians or just avoids meat would not mind sitting together with their friends eating meat. They could marry and stay together with the spouses from different religion…etc. But MOST although not all the Muslims try to avoid those kind of situation as they know that Islam do not allow. May be they sometimes could not avoid other sins but…NOTE that there is some religious edits in Myanmar that gambling or lotery under the NON-ISLAMIC government is permissionable!

Why could not we practice our religion in our heart, home and places of worships?
Why could not all the human embrace another human of differing race, religion, origin, socio-economic strata, different occupation and skin colour as friends?
