Natural Resources must be exploited. If not and just left in the ground, no use and no benefit for anyone.

In Australia 40% of tax from mining industries were given back to local community/districts. Any NGO or Voluntary organization or MP can put up the project and ask for: school, daycare centre, repair road and bridges, library, town hall etc…
