My dear Friend U Aung Tin asked>>>

WAS recognized, at least unofficially during U Razak’s time and even when they started to issue Amyo Thar Hmat Pone Tin Cards.

A class above, the heaven-born By Maung Zarni

Part 1: Evolution of a mafia state
Part 2: Fascist roots, rewritten histories

Military-controlled regimes in Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, have gone through various incarnations since General Ne Win‘s initial military takeover of 1962. With a favorable ideological climate, intellectual and academic justification, political and diplomatic recognition, and strong Western material support, the stage was set for Ne Win’s military, the Tatmadaw, to tread its chosen path without accountability – a course it has maintained to the present.

Military roots of racism in Myanmar
By Maung Zarni

Over the past year, Myanmar has been plagued by neo-Nazi “Buddhist” racism and organized mob violence targeting the country’s minority Muslims of diverse ethnic and historical backgrounds.

At the very heart of Myanmar’s Islamophobic campaign lies the state and its successive senior leaderships, which continue to operate within a concrete set of political economic relations wherein they pursue their typically sinister Machiavellian politics in defense of corporate, clique and personal agendas.

Mons in Myanmar and Malaysia

September 1, 2013

Yes, some Mons in Myanmar are assimilated with Bamas. But don’t worry, I have a Mon close friend, in very high position. As he is related to one of the feared MI chief during General Ne Win‘s time who was also a Mon they kept that as a secret. But in their family you could be surprised: many doctors, specialists, sub-specialists, professors, rectors, Generals, one Defense Minister (or Chief of Staff, I am not sure, Division level Military Chiefs and even Deputy Ministers…And I heard that most of the Yangon thars that are not migrants from other part of Myanmar are Mons…..Don’t worry of their culture and language…

Why the Myanmar Leaders hate Muslims of Myanmar ?

August 9, 2013

Why the Myanmar Leaders hate Muslims of Myanmar ?

Answer is simple: Government is the culprit ordering to do that. Or the government itself is scared of those destroyers as they are patronized by their puppet masters. You see Thein Sein and Min Aung Hlaing are chosen because the are the castrated puppets who would follow the supreme leader, puppet master Sr Gen Than Shwe….

Than Shwe’s mother was rumoured to have marred a Muslim.

Even Wira Thu mother’s had also married a Muslim. No wonder they hate us.

For Ne Win…his pet 2nd wife Daw Khin May Than’s first husband was a Muslim. (Ne Win personal pilot UKM Latt told me) And Ne Win’s one daughter fall in love with a Kalar Professor/Specialist he disagreed and separated.

A NEW BURMA DEMOCRACY MOVEMENT

By Roland Watson August 3, 2013

The failure of the pro-democracy movement

I’ll begin with an obituary. The Burma pro-democracy movement is dead.

Of course, some people might disagree. Instead, they might say that it is
“over.” The Burma democracy movement isn’t dead, it’s just over, because
it succeeded. Burma is now free and democratic.
