We don’t really need a new law, if the present Laws are applied FAIRLY and Justice, we could put ALL the 969 leaders into jail. Even the President Thein Sein, Military and Police Chiefs could be charged for negligence of their duties to protect Muslims and properties. Even the Judges could land in jail for unfair one-sided Judgement against Muslims.

IF PRESIDENT U THEIN SEIN’S GOVERNMENT fail to investigate and arrest the culprits…U Thein Sein, Min Aung Hlaing, Shwe Mann and Khin Nyunt et al would be held responsible for the consequences…

Myanmar’s neo-Nazi Buddhists get free rein
By Maung Zarni
Burma/Myanmar’s radical “969 movement” has been central in the recent brutal pogroms against minority Muslims that have left at least 40 dead and 12,000 displaced. The Buddhist monk-led group, however, cannot be understood outside of the interface between President Thein Sein‘s government and the country’s racist society at large.

Did the gov’t incite the racial violence targeting the Rohingya?
Following this summer’s rioting in western Burma, all eyes have been fixed on the government’s handling of the unrest in Rakhine state. With external pressure mounting, most specifically from the Islamic world, Burmese officials – from President Thein Sein in Naypyidaw to local security troops in western Burma – have been playing ostensibly the “humanist and humanitarian” card with the Rohingya.

Instead of OIC…Actually, international peace-keeping forces like the ones in Kosovo would be more helpful in preventing further violence. (I took the idea from Dr David Law, who had experience in serving the US Military Medical Group in Kosovo at that time.
Yesterday’s at the Anti-OIC protest the Monks were given FREE HAND by Thein Sein‘s Government in contrast to the heavy handed handling of Anti-Copper-mine protest shows that the Myanmar Government is practicing double standard. And when we look at the arrest and two years’ sentence on a Muslim who took out the 969 sticker from the parked motor-bike compared to uninhibited protest by Monks insulting Islam, U Thein Sein Government is not neutral but bias. In addition to that, around the last Edd few Buddhist Terrorists were caught plotting to incite Anti-Muslim Riots by bombing of Shwedagone and other pagodas. Yesterday Rakhine Buddhist Terrorists were caught with ammunition to bomb Masjids. …As Bama Buddhists and Rakhine Buddhists are also against OIC…it is best to provoke R 2 P at UNSC.

Myanmar: From isolation to leader
My comment: LEADER of the BIRDS of the (same) feather that flocks together in a glass cage (house)
Verdinand Robertua, Jakarta | Opinion | Thu, November 14 2013
At the close of the East Asia Summit in Brunei Darussalam, Myanmar officially accepted the chairmanship of ASEAN 2013-2014. Myanmar’s leaders proved to the world that a state’s foreign policy can change an isolated country to an open and democratic country. The transition to a bloc leader requires some crucial measures on the part of Myanmar.
